What do I need to sign up for a webinar?

You need an email address and a device/system that meets the webinar platform requirements to ensure the best webinar experience.

You don’t need a Squarespace account to register. So if you’re just getting started, this is a great way to learn more about our services.

Is closed captioning available?

English closed captioning is available on all of our on-demand webinars and recordings of live webinar sessions.

Are there any live webinars available?

All of our webinars are available on demand. We also occasionally offer live Q&A sessions on special topics. We’ll feature these sessions on this site.

For live sessions, will there be a recording of the webinar?

Yes. If you registered for the webinar in advance, after it’s over, we’ll email you a link to the recording that you can watch at your convenience. If you didn’t register for the webinar, you can access the recording from this site.

How do I access the webinar?

For on-demand webinars, you first need to register. We’ll then automatically direct you to the webinar room where you can start watching. For live Q&A sessions that we occasionally run, you’ll receive an email with your unique link to join after you have registered for the session. Click this link up to 15 minutes before the session, either from a computer or mobile device, to join the webinar session.

I am experiencing issues viewing/listening to the event. What should I do?

To ensure you have the best webinar experience, it's important that your system meets the webinar platform requirements. We recommend running a system check (you can disregard the audio & video checks on the right). If you fail the system check, or are experiencing connection issues during the webinar, please review this help article from the webinar platform that we use.

Are webinars available in other languages?

Squarespace webinars are available in English. Our Customer Support team and Help Center offer assistance in all of Squarespace’s supported account languages.

I’m using Squarespace version 7.0. Are there any webinars available?
