Do I already need to be a Squarespace or Acuity customer?
Everyone is welcome to join, whether you’re just exploring or are already a customer. You don’t need a Squarespace or Acuity account to register.
What do I need to sign up for a webinar?
You just need an email address and a device that meets the webinar platform requirements to ensure the best webinar experience.
Who leads the webinars?
Squarespace webinars are hosted by friendly members of the Squarespace Community and Product teams, and occasionally, experts from the Squarespace customer community.
Are webinars live, or can I watch any time?
All of our webinars are available on demand. We occasionally offer live Q&A sessions on special topics. Upcoming live events will be posted on this page.
What can I expect from the webinars? Can I ask questions during the webinars?
You'll join or watch on demand in your web browser. Here's a preview of what a typical webinar "room" looks like:
On-demand webinars
On-demand webinars feature a pre-recorded video of the webinar host, plus slides and a screen recording for product walkthroughs. There’s a Q&A window throughout the webinar, so you can ask any questions you may have about the webinar topic or anything else about Squarespace or Acuity. Our Customer Support team will reply via email to the email address you used to sign up for the webinar.
Live Q&A sessions
A typical live webinar event starts with a short product demo followed by a live Q&A where you can ask the product expert questions in real time. A host from the Squarespace Community team will moderate the discussion, and the hosts will reply to selected questions. You can also ask questions throughout the session, using the text-based Q&A window. Moderators will reply in that window to as many questions as they can. Sometimes, the product expert hosts will answer those questions live.
How do I access the webinar?
On-demand webinars
Go to the signup page for the webinar you're interested in.
Below the webinar description, click Watch Now.
When prompted, enter your name and email address to sign up.
After you do so, you can start watching immediately.
Live Q&A sessions
After you register for the session, you’ll receive an email with your unique link to join. Click this link up to 15 minutes before the start of the session, either from a computer or mobile device.
Is closed captioning available?
English closed captioning is available for all on-demand webinars and recordings of previous live sessions.
Are live webinars recorded?
Yes. When you register for a webinar, we’ll email you a link to the recording you can watch any time. We also publish webinar recordings on this website.
How do I cancel my registration?
You can’t technically cancel your registration, but if you’re no longer interested, you can just disregard the email with the link to join or watch on demand.
I’m having trouble viewing/listening to the event.
What should I do?
For the best webinar experience, it's important that your system meets the webinar platform requirements.
We recommend running a system check. You can disregard the audio & video checks on the right.

Are webinars available in other languages?
Squarespace webinars are available in English only at this time.
I’m using Squarespace version 7.0. Are there any webinars available?
